SHIPPING TO CANADA

  • Customer service will contact you via email or text within 24 hours of order submission in regards to delivery dates to your door.
  • Items in stock will be delivered to your address within 7-14 business days.
  • Items not in stock can range between 3 weeks to 3 months to arrive at your door.
  • Based on your postal code, we ship with UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. Our shipping department will update you with a tracking number and carrier.
  • All dresses are personally packed and inspected before departing our store or warehouse.
  • Once the package departs our location, After Five is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • No duty and hidden fees. We ship within Canada!

  • Items not in stock can range between 3 week to 3 months to arrive at your door.
  • Based on your address, we ship with UPS, FedEx or DHL. Our international shipping department will update you with a tracking number and carrier.
  • All dresses are personally packed and inspected before departing our warehouse.
  • Once the package departs our location, After Five is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that import duties, VAT, and taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are determined by the customs authority of your destination country.

The amount charged will vary depending on:

  • Loval VAT or GST rates
  • Local import laws and tax thresholds
  • The country of origin of the product

These fees are beyond our control and must be paid by the customer if requested by your local customs office. It is your responsibility to comply with your country’s import regulations and to cover any applicable fees.
