RETURN FOR A REFUND
When selecting a return, we will refund your money to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our location.
EXCHANGING FOR STORE CREDIT
We will issue you a 100% store credit to be used toward another item or exchange for another color, size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our location and outbound for the exchange item selected.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have options to get you in that perfect dress.
Contact returns@afterfivefashion.com to initiate your return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your item. We will then provide you with instructions and the Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Once you receive the RA# and return instructions you have 5 business days to ship back the item and provide us with a valid tracking number to support the return or exchange.
If the box is shipped back after the 5 day window of time, this will turn into a final sale and the box will be returned at the customers expense.
All items should be returned in the same conditions as received. Items returned without original tags, have an odor, stained, washed, appear to have been worn will be returned to the customer at their expense.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled at no charge 2 hours after receiving an order confirmation. Please contact inquiry@afterfivefashion.com with your order cancellation request. Beyond the 2 hour timeframe, your order cannot be cancelled.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Sale or promotion coupon items in-store or online are final sale and cannot be returned and exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (EXCLUDES CANADA AND USA)
All International customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item - taxes, duties, brokerage fees.
DAMAGES
We inspect all items before we ship. In the event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours to describe the details of the damage. We will quickly ship you a replacement.
