We understand this is a common question, and we’re happy to explain. The main reason our return and exchange policies differ between in-store and online purchases is due to the very different shopping experiences they offer.

When shopping in-store, customers have the opportunity to try on dresses, feel the fabric, see the true colour, and get assistance from our team before making a purchase. Because you're able to make a well-informed decision in person, our in-store policy reflects that added level of certainty.

On the other hand, shopping online means you’re relying on photos, descriptions, and size guides to choose your dress. We know it’s not always easy to tell how something will look or fit until it arrives, so our online return/exchange policy is more flexible to account for that.
